Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by item and destination. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. This includes preparing, packaging, and production for made-to-order items.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 7–14 business days after processing.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at Info@UncommonCrates.com
  • If your order has not arrived within 60 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding customer errors in shipping address or missed deliveries).

Returns and Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

If your item is in original condition but you wish to return it for another reason:

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original packaging and condition.
  • A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund minus applicable fees.

UncommonCrates, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns made after the 15-day return window.
