Refunds

At UncommonCrates, LLC, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. While our resources are designed to provide value and transformation, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled.

Physical Products (Books, Journals, Merchandise)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you and process your refund back to your original payment method.

Digital Products (E-books, Modules, Templates)

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
  • If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at Info@UncommonCrates.com and we’ll ensure you receive your product.

Services Policy — Coaching & Speaking

1. Coaching Sessions

    • Coaching sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.

    • Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

    • Refunds are not available for completed or missed sessions.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

    • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. If a client arrives late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time.

    • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late or providing notice of delay or cancellation less than 24 hours before the session may be considered a no-show.

    • In these cases, the session fee will be forfeited, and rescheduling will be at Melissa’s discretion.

    • One courtesy reschedule may be offered at Melissa’s discretion for genuine emergencies.

2. Speaking Engagements

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

    • The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled event if the request is made at least 30 days prior to the original date.

    • Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

    • If an event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, travel disruption, illness), both parties will work together in good faith to reschedule at the earliest mutually agreeable date.

3. General Terms

    • All services require timely communication and cooperation from the client to ensure quality and readiness.

    • Payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered.

    • By booking a coaching session or speaking engagement, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at Info@UncommonCrates.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
